AFIT Awards Fourth Honorary Degree

Congressman David Hobson (7^th District, Ohio) was awarded a Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, at the commencement ceremony on 21 March, 2005. The degree was awarded in recognition of his significant contributions to national defense and for his critical and timely support of the Institute. Prior recipients of honorary degrees from AFIT have been Senator Barry Goldwater, Gen Bryce Poe II and Maj Gen William Anders (USAFR Ret).
