A Message from the President of the AFIT Foundation to Members of the AFIT Association of GraduatesIt is possible that some of you may loose access to the Members Only section as we make some transitions in the management of memberships. If you note this, please advise us at webmaster@afit-aog.org so that your access can be restored. The Finance Committee has recommended, and the Board of Trustees has approved a modification to the dues structure of your association. Effective immediately, dues for new members are $30, but there is no longer an initiation fee. The rate for annual renewal is now $30, and the option of a lifetime membership has been discontinued. This is the first increase in dues since the AOG was formed in 1979. We regret that it is necessary. We have also made provision for payment by credit card, either Visa or Mastercard, although we do not at this time accept payments on-line. It is anticipated that this feature will be added in the future. You will find in the Members Only section a provision for generating a form for renewal of membership which you may mail to us with check, money order, or with your credit card information. Those who are not currently members may join through the "Join Now" section of this web site. The Board is continuing its efforts to build the Association of Graduates into a strong and effective alumni organization for the Air Force Institute of Technology, to identify and honor graduates who have given especially distinguished service to the Air Force and the nation, and to continue the development of this web site as an effective and valuable benefit of membership in the Association of Graduates.
